THE ABSOLUTE PROVING GROUND IN INTERNATIONAL KARTING!
IAME EURO SERIES
Year after year, since it’s return to RGMMC in 2016, the IAME Euro Series has been the leading monomake series, an ever-growing platform for drivers to step up to international racing, grow and improve their skills and, in many cases, be picked up by the factories to lead the charge in the FIA European and World Championships. Last year’s FIA World Champions Callum Bradshaw and vice World Champion Joe Turney, as well as the Junior World Champion Freddie Slater both had their fair share of success in the Euro Series before being picked up by major karting teams and factories!
Notable to say that the latter, Freddie Slater, was just an X30 Mini driver the year before, going on to win the Junior World Championship in just his first year as a Junior driver after graduating from the Euro Series, demonstrating the level of experience he came out with! Driver exchange goes both ways, maintaining a top level of driving, and of course with it, excitement! The recent appearances of other World Champions like Danny Keirle, Lorenzo Travisanutto, Pedro Hiltbrand, and of course the return of Callum Bradshaw this season are showing the prestige and importance of the IAME Euro Series in the international karting market!
All rounds so far this year have had over-subscribed fields of drivers in all categories, never having a dull qualifying heat or final on track, with juniors and seniors at times exceeding 80 drivers per class! Take for example the 88-driver X30 Senior field at Mariembourg, continued at Zuera with 79 drivers, not just on paper but actually present at the track and qualified! Similarly strong has been the Junior category with 49 and 50 drivers and Mini with 41 and 45 drivers respectively qualified in the two races!
All of this of course is being put together by RGMMC’s experienced management and professional crew, with the same top-level organization, experienced and well-equipped race control to ensure the best action on track.
